Jackery
The redesigned 2000 v2: 41% smaller, 35% lighter, with built-in 20 ms UPS. 2042 Wh, 2200W output, silent mode under 30 dB. Wall charge in 1h40.
The Explorer 2000 v2 proves Jackery listened to feedback. Compared to previous models, it's 41% more compact and 35% lighter -- and you feel it the moment you pick it up. 17.9 kg for 2042 Wh puts it among the best weight-to-capacity ratios in its class.
The addition of a 20 ms UPS is a game changer. Plugged between the mains and a double-door fridge, it keeps things running for over 32 hours. For a home office, a network server, or an alarm system, it's the kind of safety net you'll appreciate during summer storms.
The silent mode under 30 dB is a genuine joy for camping nights. You completely forget it's there. The ChargeShield 2.0 protection with its 62 safety mechanisms is reassuring, even if you don't fully understand every technical detail.
The weak spot is the 400W solar input. For a 2 kWh station, that's tight: expect 5 to 6 hours in full sun with two 200W panels. If solar is your priority, look at the 2000 Plus with its 1200W input instead. On mains, recharging takes about 1h40 -- that's fair.
The 2000 v2 is for those who want big capacity in a reasonable form factor, with the assurance of built-in UPS. Perfect for a motorhome where space matters, or as home backup for unexpected outages.
